Condition:
This Leica DM IRB is in good cosmetic and mechanical condition. 
All optics have been cleaned of dust and debris.
All power supplies have been tested and have been found to be in good working order. 

Testing we performed:
The DM IRB Inverted Microscope was disassembled in the class 10,000 clean room hood and inspected and serviced as needed..

System consists of:
- Leica DM IBR microscope.
- 100W Fluorescent (hg) with HBO 100 power supply.
- New AmScope MU300 CMOS Digital Camera 3.0 MP.
- Dell Latitude i5 running Windows 7 Pro with Amscope x86, 3.7.392 Imaging Software.
- All communication and power cords.

Included Objectives:
   Objective 1- 1-/A N PLAN 5x/0.12 PH0 
   Objective 2 - HC PLAN APO 10X/0.40 PH1 0.17/A
   Objective 3 - N PLAN L 20x/0.40 CORR PH1 0-2/C
   Objective 4 - PL FLUOTAR, L 40x/0.60 CORR PH2

Configuration and Setup:
This Leica DM IRB is intended for biological studies that require brightfield with phase contrast or fluorescence light sources.
The addition of the digital CMOS camera, samples can be photographed and basic measurements can be added for reference.
The stage insert is intended for microplates to utilize the mechanical XY capabilities. 

Orientation - Inverted.

Illumination Type - Brightfield, Phase Contrast, Fluorescence.

Objectives - 5x N PLAN, 10x PLAN APO, 20X N PLAN, 40x corr PH2.

Four objectives on a six position manual turret.

Five condensers on a six position turret:
PH0, PH1, PH2, PH3, BF with an 0.55 s28 lens.

Light Sources - High Pressure Mercury, Halogen:
- 11307072057 12V 100W Fluorescent (hg) with HBO 100 power supply.
- 12V 100W Halogen with onboard power supply.
